We celebrated Mother’s Day this year with the sweetest little get-together — a Mommy & Me Bake Shop Party — and it was pure joy from start to finish!

Even though the day turned out to be rainy and gray, it made everything feel extra cozy and just right for baking and spending time together. Our space was filled with moms and their little girls, all dressed up in their cutest outfits, ready to have fun (and eat some sugar!).

One of the highlights of the party was cupcake decorating. Instead of traditional paint, each guest received a paint palette with an undecorated cupcake in the center. The little "paint" spots held colorful sprinkles, mini candies, and other sweet toppings. Each mom and daughter pair got their own piping bags filled with icing, and together they got to decorate their cupcakes however they liked. The creativity was off the charts — and yes, there was plenty of taste-testing along the way!

For lunch, we kept it simple but fun. We had a mac 'n cheese bar with lots of toppings. There were fresh fruit skewers (because somehow fruit is always more exciting on a stick!), and a bright strawberry salad to round things out. Of course, everyone got to enjoy their decorated cupcake at the end. They tasted as good as they looked!

It was such a fun, relaxed way to celebrate Mother’s Day — full of laughter, sprinkles, and sweet moments between moms and their girls. Each girl took home a personalized apron with her. We loved hosting it and already can't wait for the next one!
