This past Saturday, we gathered in the White Gables Garden House for our Galentine’s Brunch & Bloom, and let me tell you—it was pure magic. Despite the winter chill outside, the atmosphere inside was warm, cozy, and filled with laughter as ladies and their friends gathered around the table to celebrate friendship, creativity, and (of course) delicious food!
We started the morning with a beautiful brunch spread that felt just as festive as the occasion itself. Heart-shaped quiche? Yes, please! We paired it with a fresh strawberry salad drizzled with a red wine vinaigrette, plus crusty sourdough bread and buttery croissants served with whipped herb butter and honey.
And let’s not forget dessert—a dreamy strawberry shortcake, muffins, and flaky danishes that made it nearly impossible to pick just one (so we didn’t!). We also offered a fruity strawberry spritzer to sip on.
After brunch, we dove into our craft—creating delicate pressed flower art in small glass frames. There’s something so special about working with flowers, especially in the middle of winter. The soft petals and natural colors reminded us that spring is just around the corner! Each piece turned out beautifully, and we loved seeing everyone’s unique take on their creations.
To wrap up the event, we hosted a pop-up shop featuring some of our favorite White Gables Home products. It was the perfect way to browse, shop, and bring a little bit of White Gables charm home.
