This week felt like summer has finally come! The roses are on the verge of blooming and everything outside is growing like crazy, which makes me insanely happy. Last weekend we bought three pygmy goats. Call us crazy. But the kids LOVE them, and the goats are actually working out really well. We weren't quite sure what we were getting ourselves into, but thankfully it hasn't been a disaster yet! Our little farm continues to grow!
Here are some things that caught my eye this week:
:: I started listening to a new podcast called The Small And Mighty Podcast. It's about small business, and I have to admit I mostly just listen to it to hear the British accent of the host Sam Burgess. So far I am enjoying it and getting some tips on running a small business.
:: Have you seen the new Anne of Green Gables on Netflix? I grew up with the movie and know every single line by heart, so I am a little bit worried that it won't live up to the old version. But I've heard it's good. I just watched a little bit of the first episode, but I want to watch it with my girls.
:: You know how I much I love The Nester, and I was so inspired by her recent mudroom renovation. Check it out here. It's so unique! I particularly liked the cedar wood on the walls. Where could I do that in my house?? Hmmm...
Have a great weekend friends!
