We just got back from a week-long trip to the western slope of the Rockies in Colorado – what a great time of year to be there! We visited friends and some family (my brother, his wife and 2 kids) and did some sightseeing. We traveled around Cimarron, Montrose, Ouray, Delta, and the Grand Mesa.

It was our first time in an airplane with a baby and, I have to say, it was very tiring and looooong, but somehow we survived! She had a little trouble with her ears on the descent coming home (screaming at the top of her lungs), but the flight attendant was so nice and helpful and calmed Avery right down. I was so glad to get off that plane!
Avery learning how to swing, how fun….
We are so BLESSED to be friends with these guys…

Totally refreshing to hang out with them, catch up, and just LAUGH! (here we are at Camp Robber Cafe in Montrose)
