
I've been creating these cheese flowers a lot lately when I entertain. They are perfect for Spring and look adorable on a charcuterie board. Plus, they are so easy to make. I use used Provolone cheese that I let set out for a few minutes to soften a bit. This helps them not be too brittle and break easily. I cut them into a spiral like this:

Then I roll them up. It's as easy as that!


I add sprigs of sage and love serving them on our little wooden nibble boards, which are available in our shop here. Happy Spring!
