I recently changed up the gallery wall in our family room behind our couch, and I thought I’d share it today, along with some other inspiration pics I found online. As with most things I do, I didn’t think too far ahead with the layout of the wall. I just started hanging things and adjusted as I went along.
The “Choose to Love” canvas is from my shop. Many times the artwork from my shop comes into being because I have wall space that I want to fill in my house. The oar (below) also came to be because I wanted to add something long and narrow above the gallery wall. It is personalizable (is that a word?) with a last name or a number, which is what I chose.
The wall is mostly filled with Goodwill & Ikea frames, a yard sale plate, an ampersand from Hobby Lobby, and some of my artwork. I like to keep the frames all the same color to keep things looking crisp and clean.
