Hi friends! Wow, the blog has been quiet for the past few weeks. That typically means that I am working my heart out on a project. And that was the case this time. I’ve been having SO MUCH FUN playing with watercolors and trying out fancy French watercolor paper that I ordered here. The main reason I’ve been working on watercolors was to create some new artwork as a fundraiser to help with our adoption.
I’m so excited to tell you that I’ve re-opened my Etsy shop with prints, most of them incorporating the watercolors I’ve been playing with. !00% of the proceeds go directly to help us bring our son home from China, hopefully by the end of next year.
The prints are all printed on heavy weight matte 8×10 paper and can be easily framed. Many of the prints I’m offering can be personalized.
Creating prints is new to me, and it’s been really inspiring and energizing to create artwork using a different kind of medium than I’m used to. I have so many more ideas, so I’ll be adding new prints every few weeks. Prints ordered through the Etsy shop will be shipped, however, if you are local to my area, I’ll be happy to arrange for you to pick them up, if you’d like to save on shipping. Just send me an email and let me know (aimeeweaverdesigns@gmail.com).
You can order the prints in my shop here. We have felt so much support for the adoption and cannot put into words how much we appreciate it! It is so humbling to raise funds (and at time seems overwhelming), but God has shown himself so evident in the past year, and we know that He will provide. Thank you!!
